dsh-cache-hit-monitor：在 DSH 侧栏实时查看 Prompt Cache 命中率

dsh-cache-hit-monitor 是 Billwu18 维护的 DSH Web 客户端插件，在右侧边栏展示当前会话的 prompt-cache 遥测：寄存器四桶 token、5×7 点阵命中率、堆芯式逐请求历史与上下文压力。数据来自 Host 的 tokenUsage、contextPressure 投影，经 dsh-token-meter 汇总，插件无网络请求。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add github:Billwu18/dsh-cache-hit-monitor，要求 DSH >=0.1.7-rc.1 且 <0.2.0-0。命中率公式为 cache read 除以 read+write+uncached input，不含 output。
