dsh-cache-hit-monitor：在 DSH 側欄實時查看 Prompt Cache 命中率

dsh-cache-hit-monitor 是 Billwu18 維護的 DSH Web 客戶端插件，在右側邊欄展示當前會話的 prompt-cache 遙測：寄存器四桶 token、5×7 點陣命中率、堆芯式逐請求歷史與上下文壓力。數據來自 Host 的 tokenUsage、contextPressure 投影，經 dsh-token-meter 彙總，插件無網絡請求。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add github:Billwu18/dsh-cache-hit-monitor，要求 DSH >=0.1.7-rc.1 且 <0.2.0-0。命中率公式爲 cache read 除以 read+write+uncached input，不含 output。
