dsh-auto-summary：会话超 token 阈值时摘要并交接新 Agent

dsh-auto-summary 是 Warsk-80486 维护的 DSH 工作流 bundle。它在每个 turn/end 后计量会话 token，超过 thresholdTokens 时用独立 LLM 调用生成交接摘要，并通过 spawn 启动子 Agent 续做任务；首条用户 prompt 从 titleInput 投影读取并强制写入 handoff 模板。原会话不新增事件、不 compaction，子 Agent 会话默认不再触发交接。安装方式为 git+https://github.com/Warsk-80486/dsh-auto-summary.git，需 DSH ^0.2.1-rc.5 及 agents、llm、subagents 等挂载。
