dsh-auto-summary：會話超 token 閾值時摘要並交接新 Agent

dsh-auto-summary 是 Warsk-80486 維護的 DSH 工作流 bundle。它在每個 turn/end 後計量會話 token，超過 thresholdTokens 時用獨立 LLM 調用生成交接摘要，並通過 spawn 啓動子 Agent 續做任務；首條用戶 prompt 從 titleInput 投影讀取並強制寫入 handoff 模板。原會話不新增事件、不 compaction，子 Agent 會話默認不再觸發交接。安裝方式爲 git+https://github.com/Warsk-80486/dsh-auto-summary.git，需 DSH ^0.2.1-rc.5 及 agents、llm、subagents 等掛載。
