dsh-auto-rerun：模型斷連時在會話內自動重試與續跑

good-saltfish 維護的 DSH 宿主插件 dsh-auto-rerun（v1.8.5），在斷連類失敗（網絡、限流、5xx、超時等）時接管重試：Layer A 長退避與 retryUntilSuccess，Layer B 可選 followup 續跑，Layer C 選模型重試默認關。與內置 dsh-llm-retry 互補。安裝用 plugin_manager install_bundle。含右側欄狀態與配置面板，MIT 許可。
