dsh-agent-team-model-selection：爲 Agent Teams 成員指定 LLM 路由

DSH 社區插件 dsh-agent-team-model-selection 替換官方 Agent Teams 實驗工具列，在 spawn_teammate 時支持 provider、model、reasoning_effort，並提供 list_team_models 與 list_agents 的 llm 字段。設置頁支持 inherit（自動跟隨 Lead，可選白名單）與 fixed（統一路由）兩種模式，也可通過 cordis.patch.yml 配置。安裝使用 plugin_manager install_bundle，target 爲 devloom1024/dsh-agent-team-model-selection。MIT 許可，當前版本 0.6.0。
