dsh-auto-continue：在回合不该结束时把它重新打开

dsh-auto-continue 是 VergilYe 维护的 DSH 插件（v2/2.0.0），针对网关静默截断、半句 stop 与「只写计划就停」三类问题，提供 llm/stream guard、收尾协议（done/ask fenced block）与 retry/truncation/extended 三域兜底。默认对所有路由生效，可通过 cordis.patch.yml 收窄 allowModels。安装：dsh plugin add git+https://github.com/VergilYe/dsh-auto-continue.git。MIT，Node>=22，零依赖。
