dsh-auto-continue：在回合不該結束時把它重新打開

dsh-auto-continue 是 VergilYe 維護的 DSH 插件（v2/2.0.0），針對網關靜默截斷、半句 stop 與「只寫計劃就停」三類問題，提供 llm/stream guard、收尾協議（done/ask fenced block）與 retry/truncation/extended 三域兜底。默認對所有路由生效，可通過 cordis.patch.yml 收窄 allowModels。安裝：dsh plugin add git+https://github.com/VergilYe/dsh-auto-continue.git。MIT，Node>=22，零依賴。
