dsh-anchored-standard：兩階段錨定 Standard 的 DSH 預設

dsh-anchored-standard 是 Jungod1121 維護的 DSH 工作流插件，實現兩階段 agent 預設：首輪用 Minimal 對齊的精簡提示和 bash/read 等少量工具錨定推理軌跡，在第一次持久 tool/call 後自動切換到完整 Standard 工具目錄。支持 spec/react/weak 三種任務錨定，參考評測在 V4 Pro 上優於純 Standard。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile web add github:Jungod1121/dsh-anchored-standard，適用於 DeepSeek V4 Pro 工程任務。
