dsh-anchored-standard：两阶段锚定 Standard 的 DSH 预设

dsh-anchored-standard 是 Jungod1121 维护的 DSH 工作流插件，实现两阶段 agent 预设：首轮用 Minimal 对齐的精简提示和 bash/read 等少量工具锚定推理轨迹，在第一次持久 tool/call 后自动切换到完整 Standard 工具目录。支持 spec/react/weak 三种任务锚定，参考评测在 V4 Pro 上优于纯 Standard。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile web add github:Jungod1121/dsh-anchored-standard，适用于 DeepSeek V4 Pro 工程任务。
