dsh-rustore：在 DSH 里走 RuStore 发布 API

dsh-rustore 是 YurinKonstantin 维护的 DSH 联网工具插件，封装 RuStore Publishing API：22 个 rustore_* 工具覆盖草稿、AAB/APK 与素材上传、发布设置、送审与手动发布等。支持 keyId+私钥自动签发 900 秒 JWE，配置可写入 profile、credentials 或 ~/.dsh/rustore.json。同一套能力可作为 stdio MCP 接入 Cursor 或 DSH mcp-client。安装命令为 dsh plugin --profile <profile> add github:YurinKonstantin/dsh-rustore，亦可通过 market.json 索引安装。适用已有 RuStore 应用的自动化发布；应用级信息仍需网页控制台维护。MIT 0.3.1。
