dsh-rustore：在 DSH 裏走 RuStore 發佈 API

dsh-rustore 是 YurinKonstantin 維護的 DSH 聯網工具插件，封裝 RuStore Publishing API：22 個 rustore_* 工具覆蓋草稿、AAB/APK 與素材上傳、發佈設置、送審與手動發佈等。支持 keyId+私鑰自動簽發 900 秒 JWE，配置可寫入 profile、credentials 或 ~/.dsh/rustore.json。同一套能力可作爲 stdio MCP 接入 Cursor 或 DSH mcp-client。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile <profile> add github:YurinKonstantin/dsh-rustore，亦可通過 market.json 索引安裝。適用已有 RuStore 應用的自動化發佈；應用級信息仍需網頁控制台維護。MIT 0.3.1。
