dsh-plannotator：在 DSH 裏用 Plannotator 審閱文件並回傳標註

dsh-plannotator（plannotator-dsh）是 martyartem 維護的 DSH 客戶端插件，解決會話內審閱阻塞與 plannotator 不在 PATH 的問題。支持文檔預覽 Review 按鈕與 /plannotator、/plannotate 命令，後臺啓動 Plannotator 並將 JSON 標註寫回對話。要求 DSH >=0.1.0-rc.5、Node >=20 及 Plannotator CLI；在 Plugins 中安裝 https://github.com/martyartem/dsh-plannotator 後重啓。配置寫在 cordis.patch.yml，日誌位於 ~/.dsh/storages/plannotator-dsh。MIT 0.1.0。
