dsh-plannotator：在 DSH 里用 Plannotator 审阅文件并回传标注

dsh-plannotator（plannotator-dsh）是 martyartem 维护的 DSH 客户端插件，解决会话内审阅阻塞与 plannotator 不在 PATH 的问题。支持文档预览 Review 按钮与 /plannotator、/plannotate 命令，后台启动 Plannotator 并将 JSON 标注写回对话。要求 DSH >=0.1.0-rc.5、Node >=20 及 Plannotator CLI；在 Plugins 中安装 https://github.com/martyartem/dsh-plannotator 后重启。配置写在 cordis.patch.yml，日志位于 ~/.dsh/storages/plannotator-dsh。MIT 0.1.0。
