dsh-where-am-i: A Neofetch Plugin for DeepSeek Harness

The `dsh-where-am-i` plugin addresses the lack of runtime environment awareness in models by injecting `neofetch`-style device information (such as OS, CPU, and memory) into session history in DeepSeek Harness. It uses native Node.js APIs, injects only on the first run, does not affect existing sessions, and skips subagents by default to avoid duplication. A service restart is required after installation. Its flexible configuration helps the model better understand the runtime environment.
