dsh-plugin-allcrash：用硬約束把「禁止插件」寫進 Host

dsh-plugin-allcrash 是 YV3507 維護的 DSH Host 插件，在配置的插件被加載、啓用、已安裝或嘗試安裝時，默認立即崩潰 Host 並寫入 crash-reports。支持 allcrash.json 名單、semver 與 warn/deny/crash 分層、pre-execute 攔截 plugin_manager 及看門狗掃描。零依賴，參考 Forge allcrash。安裝：dsh plugin add github:YV3507/dsh-plugin-allcrash。
