dsh-auth-cookie-guard：爲本地監聽器預留請求頭預算並退休舊啓動 Cookie

介紹 DSH 社區 Host 插件 dsh-auth-cookie-guard（jitianjiyan）。固定 profile 反覆啓動會在 127.0.0.1 累積 dsh-auth 啓動 Cookie，使 Cookie 頭超過 Node 默認 16 KiB 並返回 431，表現爲 desktop welcome 認證失敗且不可自愈。插件在 webServer 就緒後提升 maxHeaderSize（默認 64 KiB），並在請求中按序保留 keep 條與當前端口 Cookie、分批刪除其餘。安裝命令 dsh plugin add dsh-auth-cookie-guard，可選 maxHeaderBytes 與 keep。含安全邊界與同 host 多實例注意。
