epub小说阅读器是 SkillHub 社区技能 @user_87147e36/epub-novel-reader（v1.0.0，office-efficiency），利用 edge-tts 朗读 EPUB，无需 API Key。安装需 skillhub install 并指定 Agent 的 skills 目录；使用前须运行 python tts_server.py 启动 TTS 服务。适用于 Cursor、Claude Code、Codex 等环境，在对话中完成电子书阅读与听书。
