DSH-chat-keeper: Conversation Steward

`DSH-chat-keeper` is a third-party community plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), designed to fill functional gaps in its sidebar interface. It provides a cross-workspace conversation list, content search (with Chinese substring support), time-based batch archiving, a Recycle Bin-based deletion and restoration mechanism, and session index management. Users can install it via the command line and use its batch management features to organize conversations efficiently. Deletions are sent to the Recycle Bin by default and can be restored, but note that Chinese search may cause minor lag.
