`dsh-llms-forge` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) designed to address the lack of `llms.txt` files in plugin repositories, which are preferred for discovery by AI agents. The tool extracts metadata from `package.json` and `README.md` and automatically generates compliant discovery files. It can be used as a CLI tool or invoked as an Agent tool within Harness, featuring zero runtime dependencies, read-only behavior by default, secure and controllable operations, and CI integration, ensuring that the generated documentation is accurate, maintainable, and easily indexable by AI.
