Introduction¶
In the DeepSeek Harness (DSH) ecosystem, plugins are the primary way to extend functionality. In multi-agent collaboration scenarios, visual identification is an important element in addition to logical orchestration. dsh-agent-teams-fish is a supplementary version of the upstream project NanmiCoder/dsh-agent-teams. While retaining the original collaboration logic, it adds visual artwork assets.
This plugin extends a single DSH session into a staffed team, supporting natural-language team formation, task-dependency DAG (directed acyclic graph) scheduling, member mailboxes, and a tree-view monitor in the right sidebar.

Multi-Agent Team Collaboration¶
Based on the upstream logic, the plugin implements a complete team collaboration workflow:
* Natural-language team formation: Build the team structure using natural-language commands.
* Task-dependency DAG: Define task prerequisites in dependencies expressions; the plugin handles scheduling according to dependencies.
* Mailbox communication: Members interact through a mailbox mechanism.
* Right-sidebar tree monitoring: Provides a tree view of the team structure on the right side of the DSH interface, making it easy to monitor collaboration status in real time.
Artwork and Assets¶
To address the issue of multiple agents “all looking the same,” this version includes a rich set of built-in artwork assets:
* Bundled distribution: Includes avatars for 17 vendors and corresponding avatars for 10 roles, along with 17 vendor logos in total (286 files).
* Namespaces: Supports avatar routing by vendor and role, improving visual distinction.
* Custom artwork directory: Supports configuring artworkDir. Once enabled, custom images take priority over the bundled assets; at the same time, the system strictly limits the allowed file names to prevent security risks such as path traversal.
Environment and Dependencies¶
Before installing and using it, make sure the runtime environment meets the following requirements:

^22.19.0or>= 24. - Package name note: The npm package name for this version is
dsh-agent-teams-fish, which is different from the upstream@nanmicoder/dsh-agent-teamsand cannot be used interchangeably.
Notes¶
Trademark Files¶
The brand-mimo.svg and brand-jev.svg files bundled with the package are self-made simplified wordmarks and are not official trademarks.
* brand-mimo.svg: A Xiaomi-style Mi wordmark.
* brand-jev.svg: A placeholder wordmark for TypeSafe Jev.
If you need to use official trademarks, manually replace the files with the same names.
Asset Management¶
Although the plugin ships with 286 bundled files, if you need to change the art style or brand colors, you can configure a custom artwork directory. The system prioritizes the custom directory and only allows known file names within that directory to ensure safety.
Summary¶
dsh-agent-teams-fish is a visual enhancement plugin for DSH users. Without disrupting the upstream collaboration logic, it provides standardized vendor and role avatar assets and allows users to flexibly adjust the artwork style through a custom directory. For scenarios that require building a visual multi-agent team, this is a directly implementable option.
