dsh-claude-quote：在 DSH 裏用選區引用做針對性回覆

dsh-claude-quote（dsh-client-ui-claude-quote）爲 DeepSeek Harness Web/桌面客戶端提供 Claude Code Desktop 風格的選區引用：選中文字後出現浮動工具條，支持回覆彈窗、輸入框引用卡片、已發送消息引用塊，以及 fork 會話的側邊對話。引用以 <!-- reply --> / <!-- attach --> 開頭的 Markdown 發送。可在 dsh-market 搜索 dsh-claude-quote 安裝，或通過 profile package.json 的 link 依賴掛載；在 DSH 0.2.1-rc.2 測試，MIT 許可。
