dsh-pipeline-kernel：DSH 多 Agent 管線管理內核

dsh-pipeline-kernel 是 not-big-dog 維護的 DSH Cordis 插件，提供管線無關的多 Agent 管理能力：任務板、臺賬、部署、註冊表、巡檢、打包複用與 Web 控制面板。管線由 pipeline_define 配置定義，內核不預置業務。安裝需 deepseek-harness 0.1.0-rc.8+，通過 link 或 dsh plugin add 啓用，新會話獲得 pipeline_* 工具。典型流程爲 define → deploy → seed → push → claim/done → status，v0.8 起默認開啓 watchdog 自愈與停滯彙報。MIT 許可，GitHub 約 36 stars。
