dsh-model-smart-config：第三方 API 模型行的智能参数补全

DeepSeek Harness 第三方 provider 走网络 discover 时通常拿不到输入模态与 reasoning effort。dsh-model-smart-config 用 201 条带来源的有序正则规则识别 model id，在用户点击「智能匹配」后把上下文窗口、text/image 模态与思考等级填入官方模型行受控表单，不静默写库、未识别不猜值。支持 profile 五开关与可选端点探测。安装：dsh plugin --profile <profile> add 仓库 URL。MIT，Seller-1990 维护。
