dsh-app-restart：在 DSH 桌面端設置裏一鍵重啓整個應用

dsh-app-restart 是 foreee 維護的 DSH 桌面客戶端插件，在 Settings 增加 Restart App 區塊，通過兩步確認觸發 graceful quit 與自動 relaunch，覆蓋 Electron、Web GUI 與 cordis Host。安裝命令爲 dsh plugin --profile desktop add 加 GitHub 地址；提供 status/restart API 與 loopback 信任邊界。支持 enabled、dryRun 配置；macOS 爲主，Windows/Linux 爲 best effort。MIT 許可，需 DSH >=0.2.0-rc.2 或 >=0.3.0-rc.0 對應區間。
