dsh-apply-model-all：一鍵把當前會話模型同步到全部會話

DSH 按會話保存模型選擇，官方默認模型與 /model 無法一次性對齊全部歷史會話。dsh-apply-model-all 在 Composer 模型選擇器旁增加控件，通過 sessionController.list 與 selectModel 在宿主側批量寫入，支持去重跳過與進度展示。安裝：dsh plugin --profile <profile> add dsh-apply-model-all，需重啓應用；無配置。要求 Harness 0.1.0-rc.6+ 與 Web UI。Subagent 會話不修改；MIT 許可證。
