dsh-plugin-management：profile 外部插件清單與一鍵更新

dsh-plugin-management 是 YUYUY9527 維護的 DeepSeek Harness 客戶端插件，在「設置→插件」增加「外部插件」頁：掃描 profile 中非 @deepseek-ai/* 依賴，對照 pnpm outdated 顯示版本與是否在 dsh.profile.bundles 生效，支持單包/批量更新、卸載及複製安裝命令，並註冊 agent 工具 external_plugins 與同源 HTTP API。安裝需 dsh plugin add（如 GitHub tag 或 Release tgz），裝後重啓 dsh；可選配置 apiPath 與 sandboxMode。不替代 dsh plugin add 裝新包，跨大版本升級需自行確認兼容性。
