使用 dsh-anchored-standard 爲 DeepSeek Harness 配置兩階段 Agent 預設

dsh-anchored-standard 是 xiaobright 維護的社區 DeepSeek Harness 預設：首輪按官方 Minimal 的 bash 與 str_replace_editor 對齊軌跡並去掉自動注入，會話出現可落庫的 tool/call 或 assistant/message 後再晉升到可按需解鎖的 resident 工具目錄。本文依據社區目錄頁與 GitHub README 交叉覈實安裝命令、複製啓用方式、兼容版本與實驗邊界。
