It does not alter the core permission model; instead, it loads the `yanxu-delivery-workflow` skill to guide the agent in following specific practices during code generation, isolated review, PR status management, and efficiency measurement. The plugin supports executing operations via `bash` or `pwsh` within Harness permissions, ensuring safe and controlled execution. During installation, the v0.1.0 version of the GitHub repository must be added using DSH's official mechanism. After installation, the agent automatically performs environment checks, code implementation, evidence collection, and efficiency evaluation.
