xby-ocr-pass: DeepSeek Harness HMT Travel Permit OCR Plugin

The xby-ocr-pass plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) aims to simplify the process by which agents handle recognition of HK/Macau and Taiwan travel permits through the “everything is a plugin” philosophy. Open-sourced under the MIT License, the plugin supports extracting structured information such as document numbers, names, and MRZ data. After installation, users need to configure in DSH an API key obtained from the official XiaoBenYang website. The plugin provides three main interfaces: `ocr_pass` (URL), `ocr_pass_for_data_base64` (Base64), and `ocr_pass_for_data_file` (file path), which are used to upload images and parse identity documents. Users should note the different requirements for input data formats when using them.
