DeepSeek Harness Plugin: xby-image-detect

`xby-image-detect` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) that wraps the YOLOv6 object detection model to provide image recognition capabilities to agents. It provides `set_xby_apikey` for API key configuration and supports three input types: image URL, Base64-encoded data, or a local file path. It can detect 80 COCO object categories in images and output bounding boxes, confidence scores, and class labels. The plugin is installed via the command line.
