WhaleBuddy: DeepSeek Harness Desktop Pet Plugin

WhaleBuddy is a desktop pet plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) that synchronizes Agent status in real time via WebSocket and displays running, idle, or waiting states in a whale window. It supports double-click interaction, custom skins, transparent always-on-top, and auto-start on boot. Windows users need to install the perception-layer plugin and build the desktop shell (Tauri). Configuration can be completed in the DSH GUI or the pet's right-click menu. The project depends on Rust, Node.js, and WebView2, and currently only supports the Windows platform.
