unipet-dsh: DSH and UniPet State Synchronization Plugin

`unipet-dsh` is a bridge plugin for interaction between DeepSeek Harness (DSH) and the desktop pet UniPet. It listens to DSH lifecycle events and pushes agent states—such as thinking, execution, approval, and failures—to UniPet in real time over HTTP, enabling state synchronization. The plugin supports automatically launching the pet, health probing, debouncing, and failure semantics recognition. Installation is simple, requiring only a single command to be executed in a DSH environment. As a purely local plugin, it is secure and reliable, though configuration cleanup should be performed during uninstallation.
