UCloud Skill for DeepSeek Harness

The DeepSeek Harness plugin UCloud Skill is used to migrate ucloud-cli skills to the DSH environment, enabling models to invoke UCloud resources through the DSH interface. Released under the MIT license, it does not require implementing an additional API client and instead calls the official CLI via the DSH Bash tool. It supports resource inspection, creation, updates, and configuration deployment, with command execution falling back to `ucloud api`. Installation requires DSH 0.1.0-rc.6, Node.js 22, and the official CLI. The plugin does not manage credentials; execution permissions are controlled by the DSH Profile, and least-privilege IAM policies should be configured in production environments to ensure security.
