superpowers-dsh：给 DeepSeek Harness 装上 TDD、调试与规划技能

superpowers-dsh 是 LayneChai 维护的社区技能插件，把 obra/superpowers 的 TDD、系统化调试、规划与协作技能移植到 DeepSeek Harness。安装后向 ctx.skills 的 host 层注册 14 个技能，可用 skill 工具按裸名称加载。目录页安装命令为 dsh plugin add github:LayneChai/superpowers-dsh；装完需重启 profile。插件以当前 dsh 进程权限运行，安装前应核对源码与许可证。
