sent-msg-locator: Locate every turn of conversation in a DSH session

sent-msg-locator is a pure Client DSH plugin maintained by ShanHaiFish, designed to address the difficulty of locating specific turns in long sessions. It provides a persistent column of turn icons on the left edge of the chat area, visualizing each turn as a clickable numbered bubble. Clicking an icon smoothly scrolls to the beginning of the corresponding turn, while the currently viewed turn is automatically highlighted and follows the icon column. Hovering over an icon displays the turn time, user input summary, and status. The plugin supports both static bundle and dynamic plugin forms; the static form loads automatically with the process, whereas the dynamic form requires reactivation after each restart. The plugin is licensed under the MIT license, adapts to both light and dark themes, and requires no Host permissions (no RPC, network, or file system operations), utilizing only element-level APIs for scrolling positioning.
