seek-on-dsh: A Pixel Whale Desktop Pet for DeepSeek Harness

`seek-on-dsh` is a playful plugin for DeepSeek Harness that displays a pixel whale in the bottom-right corner of the interface. It does not rely on scripts, using SVG and CSS to create state-responsive animations that change based on the current session state. It supports interactions such as dragging and poking, and includes an auto-patch feature. The whale can perform idle antics or go to sleep; the technical implementation includes 15 inline SVG states and compression/decompression handling, providing developers with fun visual feedback.
