This document introduces the `duhu2000/qcc-mcp-legal-oauth` plugin, designed to facilitate one-click connection to the Qichacha (QCC) legal data MCP (including regulations and cases) within DeepSeek Harness (DSH). The plugin is based on the OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code + PKCE flow, achieving keyless authorization through dynamic client registration and supporting the automatic refreshing and rotation of `access_token`. Tokens are securely stored in `~/.dsh/storages` (with permissions 0700), ensuring automatic reconnection after restart and preventing addition to the version control repository. The plugin provides three conversational tools—`connect`, `status`, and `disconnect`—used respectively for initiating authorization, querying status, and revoking permissions to disconnect.
