DSH Plugin path-click: Hover to Open a File or URL

On hover, the plugin automatically displays a bubble menu with quick actions such as “Reveal in File Explorer” and “Open in Browser.” It supports paths inside tool-call cards and automatically recognizes `http`, `https`, `file`, and `mailto` links. Installation requires the command line and a DSH restart, and it is primarily intended for the Windows platform. When using the plugin, note that relative path resolution depends on the host process `cwd`, and paths containing `%` characters will be blocked from being opened in a browser.
