onboarding-pack is a memory-oriented plugin designed to make implicit project knowledge explicit, helping new members or agents grasp the core of a project in 10 minutes. The plugin uses a five-section structure covering the project overview, run commands, resource map, internal unwritten rules, and owner information. By documenting invisible rules such as “never edit file X directly,” it compresses the weeks of trial and error required to onboard a new member or connect an agent to a legacy system into a one-time documentation reading cost, and it must be continuously updated and maintained as the project evolves.
