XJungit/omdp: A set of standalone DeepSeek Harness plugins

`XJungit/omdp` is a DeepSeek Harness (DSH) plugin monorepo containing three independently installable MIT-licensed plugins. `@omdp/dsh-connector` unifies the management of MCP servers, user skills, and read-only market browsing within the DSH Web UI, with market data retained in memory for only 30 minutes. `@omdp/dsh-key-fallback` provides multi-API key pool management, supporting automatic rotation, status display, and cooldown/delete operations, though retry functionality is handled by the built-in DSH `dsh-llm-retry`. `@omdp/dsh-vision-bridge` allows text-only models to access... via configuration.
