mmx-quota-tool: Directly read MiniMax token quota in DSH web

mmx-quota-tool is a DSH web plugin maintained by mtty-ai (v0.1.0, MIT License) that displays the usage percentage of MiniMax token packages within the session input area. Clicking expands a detail panel to view per-model 5-hour and weekly usage, reset countdown, and absolute values.
