MindIE Agent for DeepSeek Harness：昇腾 NPU 知识与远端开发工具

mindie-agent-dsh 是 MindIE Agent 面向 DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 的工作流插件（v0.0.3，MIT），聚焦昇腾 NPU 上 vLLM-Ascend、AscendC/Triton 等开发与测试。通过 /mindie-agent 注入领域知识与 L1–L4 检索能力，并组合 remote-dev 在远端 NPU 执行命令与测试；仅依赖 dsh-skill-filesystem、dsh-mcp-client 等稳定插件。安装需先运行 setup.py 构建锁定运行时，再在 Plugins 启用 git+https://github.com/mindie-agent/mindie-agent-dsh.git#v0.0.3。
