dsh-window-pin: Always-on-Top Toggle for DeepSeek Harness Desktop Window

The DSH window always-on-top plugin, developed by MARIOMLY, addresses the limitation that browsers cannot directly invoke Win32 APIs to keep a window on top. The plugin forwards operations through the Remote namespace and implements `SetWindowPos` using PowerShell scripts. Its features include a sidebar pin toggle, a `window_pin` tool command, preference-based state memory (which can be automatically restored after window recreation), and intelligent window recognition. Installation must be performed using the official command. Note that it supports Windows only and each operation takes approximately 400–500 ms.
