maa-dsh-skill: DeepSeek Harness Plugin for Automating Arknights Tasks

`maa-dsh-skill` is a plugin for DeepSeek Harness that drives MaaCore via the official MAA tools to automate tasks in Arknights. Once installed, it supports stage clearing, infrastructure management, task orchestration, and compatibility with mainstream emulators. Before use, the plugin must be loaded, the initialization script must be run, and Full Access permissions must be enabled. Note that the MAA binary must be installed separately, and the project is currently in an early stage.
