The DSH-Skill-Manager plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) provides a skill management interface and supports bulk importing of directories under `~/.dsh/skills`. The plugin uses an AI model to automatically parse skill names and descriptions, enforces normalization to lowercase kebab-case format, and automatically renames directories to match their names, while also providing same-name protection.
