interval-injector：按步数或时间向对话中定期注入上下文

rainfishs 维护的 DSH/Cordis 插件 interval-injector，在 agent 运行中按 everyNSteps 或 refreshIntervalMs（先到先触发）将 config.text 以 user 消息插入对话历史靠近模型回答处，缓解长对话 system 指示被稀释的问题。DSH 0.2+ 通过 dsh plugin --profile 安装组合包 patch，在 profile 的 cordis.patch.yml 整块覆盖 config。零依赖纯 JS，MIT 许可。
