Introducing the DeepSeek Harness GitHub Plugin (harness-github)

The harness-github plugin for DeepSeek Harness (DSH) enables agents to directly handle GitHub pull requests, issues, and CI workflows. It prioritizes using the `gh` CLI to reuse an existing authenticated session, falling back to the REST API if unavailable. It supports read-only access to public repositories and read/write access to private repositories (credentials required). After installation, the system injects 18 tools covering the full workflow, including repository inspection, PR/issue triage, CI debugging, review feedback, and code release. For security, all write operations (such as commenting and merging) require human approval, and tokens are kept in memory only. It is compatible with DSH >= 0.1.0-rc.6.
