gitlearnos: Connecting Learners' Git Learning Memory to DeepSeek Harness

gitlearnos is an open-source (MIT licensed) plugin maintained by Guojiz, positioned as an "evidence-driven learning memory and automation" tool for Git-native intelligent agents. It is not an official DeepSeek application, but rather provides a native bundle of the official DeepSeek Harness Developer Preview, exclusive to GitLearnOS. The core of this plugin lies in transforming real learning inputs into traceable evidence and updating learning status, rather than simply generating notes.
