Gitee AI Employee: Issue-Driven AI Development and Security Scanning Plugin

`gitee-ai-employee` is an Issue-driven AI development plugin for DeepSeek Harness, aimed at automating the development workflow. It supports both Gitee and GitHub. By polling Issues where the bot is @-mentioned and a target branch is specified, it automatically clones the repository, explores the codebase, implements changes, and submits a PR, supporting automatic merging and Issue closure. In addition, v1.2 introduces code security scanning with deduplication and scheduled scanning. Users need to configure the required tokens and the list of monitored repositories, then complete installation and configuration through the Web interface, enabling closed-loop management from Issue to code merge.
